Training and development

Training is an educational process of strategic applied in an organized and systemic, in which employees acquire and develop specific knowledge and skills relating to work and adjust their attitudes to the tasks of the organization, the job or workplace
Appraising and improving performance

The evaluation of work performance of employees is a technical process through which, in a comprehensive, systematic and continuous conducted by direct supervisors, we have evaluated the set of attitudes, job performance and behavior of the employee in the performance of charge and discharge of its functions, in terms of timeliness, quantity and quality of services produced.

Learning and development
A planned effort that covers the organization and increases the effectiveness and health of the organization through deliberate intervention in the processes of the organization using the knowledge of the behavioral sciences.
This is the organization to learn a system and can be a hallmark of doing things with excellence from its own processes. There must be a continuous improvement, effective to operate and respond to change.
The organization is called to promote adaptive learning and generative learning simultaneously. The first looks to the organization to adapt to current realities.The second looks at the organization as an entity that must adapt a strategy to change the reality. In any case, the learning process conceives the organization as a Darwinian reality.
