Rewards and benefits

We have made a rewards and benefits package for a small company with few employees, but their turnover is about 2 million per year. When we started with this task, we wanted to make a package that would fit for most employees, because it is hard to please everyone, there are various equivalent benefits to those who do not enjoy the advantages we offer. In our package have we put in that kind of stuff that we think would be great benefits especially for generation y. 

For genenration Y is it important that they can develope themselves all he time and with this package with development discussion and compensations disussions th employees get that opportunity. The package is attractive because everyone wants flexible work hours today. This makes it easier to get the work to fit your private life. Social activities, theme days and common coffee breaks are important because that helps to create a good atmosphere and a “we” feeling at the company. Personal gifts when you have performed well are motivating and this makes you feel special and appreciated and this makes you perform even better.

Our rewards and benefits package looks like this:
  • Free parkingspace or bikes space,  or giving a bike to persons who dont take the car to work.
  • Individual rewarding system 
  • Unexpected rewards
  • Lunch tickets for example fore tickets every mounth 
  • Fitness tickets
  • Flexible working hours 
  • Give responsibility to workers
  • Company pays for you  to take courses that are related to the company    
  • Fruits and snacks in the coffee room  
  • Wellbeing coach 
  • Friendly environment 
  • Se that the company has the right equipment for the tasks  
  • Benefits that the hole family can use, for example a day at an amousment park. If you dont have a family they can bring tree friends insted. 
  • Two times in a year we have development discussion 
  • Spontaneous rewards are given on an irregular basis 
  • Optional reward: you can choose to instead for getting presents or money as reward you can give them charity. 
  • Social activities, season parties "four season" 
  • Theme days 
  • Common coffee breaks 
  • Compensation discussions
